Caring for self and others over Christmas

Christmas and New Year is a busy time for most people. Working, shopping, organising children on holidays, cleaning, waiting for people to come, packing to leave and so it goes to care for yourself and others at this time of year here are a few suggestions:

have fun, relax, laugh at silly things, do nothing (even if its just for a few minutes), listen to your favourite music, dance in the lounge room (and who cares what people think), hang out with people you like, enjoy some good food (eat cake - if you want to), enjoy family, go for a swim, draw with you children, play cricket, go fishing, puddle in your garden, go for a walk, help others (if and when you can), play with your dog, feed your fish...
