Keeping Secrets

Hi Susan, I totally agree with your story that we have to keep so many secrets about our love ones who suffer with mental illness. This makes the journey lonely and so many times it isolates us from the rest of the world. Sometimes I feel I live in my own little world just to keep my love one safe and secure. I can't bear it when people comment in the negative and I take it very personnel. I don't know the answer but I am really happy you created this website so we can vent in private.
